This hybrid of chocolate and yokan remains stable without hardening when chilled or melting when warmed. 
It offers a clean, lingering finish and is popular among older adults. Made with pristine water from Toyama's Shogawa system, it uses cacao mass and avoids synthetic additives. 
We ensure no genetically modified enzymes are used. The labor-intensive process is more prone to scorching than regular yokan. This unique delicacy involves no added water, making it costly and complex to produce. We also use yuzu peel from Wakayama, adding a distinct Japanese citrus flavor.
