What is Tokyo Fresh Direct?

Thanks to our great network between domestic vegetable supplier and Singapore, we are able to provide the freshest vegetables in Singapore. Not only that but we also offer a great variety of ready-to-eat foods from Japan's authentic foods usually sold at high-class retailers.

 

What do we sell?

We mainly sell vegetables, fruits, ready-to-eat groceries, sweets & snacks.

 

What is the delivery fee?

1. It is $10.00 if you over below 99.99 excluding GST.
2. It is FREE if you order over $100.00 excluding GST.
3. Our Minimum Order Amount is $55.00 excluding GST.

*You need to separate "Express Delivery" and "Fresh Delivery" in the checkout.

Where do you deliver?

We delivery only to the mainland of Singapore.

 

When may I order?

You can order anytime, 24 hours.

Can I make additional order?

Please message us before the very delivery day.
Once we confirm the item can be prepared by then, we will send a draft order. (item without delivery fee.)

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel, please message us via email (tfd-order@weagri.jp). 
If you paid for "Express Delivery", we can cancel until the last hour from item release. For "Fresh Delivery", we will try to respond to your request as much as possible. But we may not accept refund at times.

What if I received the damaged item or missing item?

Please message us via email (tfd-order@weagri.jp) along with a photo. We will proceed as soon as we receive your request.
