One of the most popular products is Hana-An Hakata-Hana-Dorayaki.

The owner, who has been involved with flowers for 20 years, wondered if flowers could be expressed in a different way, and developed Hana-an, an edible flower made from red bean paste.

The delicate red bean paste flower is a realistic reproduction of a real flower, and each petal is wrapped in its own original skin, all done by hand.

Ingredients.

No preservatives or synthetic colourings are used, and natural dyes from vegetables and other sources are used, making them healthier and safer.
