Produced by one of Japan's eminent breweries, HAKKAISAN BREWERY CO., LTD.

Using Wasanbon of Tokushima, which is a type of traditional sugar in Shikoku region including Kagawa pref. and Tokushima pref., and fresh butter, it is baked layer by layer.
The white coating is made using Hakkaisan Daiginjo to make it even more aromatic than it already is!
