The traditional Japanese seasoning "roasted sake", which was used until the widespread use of soy sauce in the Edo period. Done in Ninben style using carefully selected ingredients. Hon-bushi bonito flakes, Shimosa soy sauce, Okinawan sea salt, Kishu Nanko plum plums. No chemical seasonings, preservatives or colourings added.
