Mitsuokuya Pickled Late-blooming Chrysanthemum

Mountain herbs are preserved and pickled for 1 to 3 years. They are produced in Yamagata's traditional method. It is full of umami and there is no smell of immatureness and bitterness.

Japanese white radish, cucumber, eggplants, myoga, chrysanthemum, carrot, bracken, shiso, red peppers, sugar, shochu, soy sauce, mirin, salt, plum vinegar, brewed vinegar, seasoning (amino acid), alcohol, acidulant, pH adjustor, preservatives (potassium sorbate)

Preserve method:
To preserve the quality of the product, avoid direct sunlight/ places with high heat and humidity.
