Description
Love fruity liqueurs? Try making your own homemade plum liqueur with this special set featuring fresh Japanese plum.
Paired with high-quality rock sugar, this set allows you to create a naturally sweet and fragrant plum liqueur with a gentle, mellow finish.

For best results, we highly recommend using a special sake made by Naeba Shuzo (Niigata), crafted specifically for fruit liqueurs.
Its clean, dry profile and subtle umami enhance the delicate aroma and flavor of plums without overpowering them.
