This all-purpose vegetable broth is made from a variety of dried vegetable powder produced in Kagoshima Prefecture. We propose a dashi that allows people to fully enjoy the flavor of vegetables, such as health-conscious housewives and diet-conscious young people, who are particular about their vegetable-centered diets. Our dried vegetables are made into chips or powder, and blended with our special baked salt, which brings out the full flavor of the vegetables, to create a vegetable broth that allows you to fully enjoy the sweetness of the vegetables. The black ginger ingredient gives it a gentle taste that warms the body from the core.
