The "Premium Daikuri Mikasa" features our homemade chunky sweet bean paste and a rare, exceptionally large chestnut—twice the size of the usual. Enjoy the moist, delicate texture and rich flavor of the large Japanese chestnut.
Our sweet bean paste is entirely homemade, using a blend of Hokkaido azuki beans and Tanba Dainagon azuki beans, cooked to a soft, refined sweetness. This dedication to quality earned us the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Award at the 25th National Confectionery Exposition (Himeji Confectionery Expo 2008).
