What is Mizuna?
Mizuna (Potherb Mustard) is also referred to as Japanese mustard greens. It has dark green, serrated leaves with thin stems and a peppery, slightly bitter flavour. The best way to enjoy fresh mizuna is to have it as a salad with Japanese sesame dressing like how you would for arugula. If you don't like raw mizuna, simply stir-fry it with egg!
