Using the luxurious Shimosa soy sauce, we combined Hon-Katsuobushi, Mackerel-bushi, and Soda Katsuobushi to create this flavourful dashi and soy sauce. We have carefully selected ingredients such as kelp from Hokkaido, raw sugar from Tanegashima sugar cane, and sea salt from Okinawa. No chemical seasonings, preservatives or colourings added.
