The combination of the rich matcha flavor and the natural sweetness of the koji mellows out the matcha's astringency, making it easy to drink and goes well with Japanese sweets. It can be enjoyed on the rocks, poured into a glass filled with ice, mixed with milk or soy milk, or made into a sorbet.

This non-alcoholic amazake is made from rice and rice malt, without using sakekasu or sugar. The reason why you can feel sufficient sugar content without using sugar is because it is made by saccharifying rice and rice malt. Amazake made from koji is a healthful drink that is rich in glucose, vitamin B complex, and amino acids. It is non-alcoholic, so anyone can enjoy it at any time of the year. Enjoy it chilled in summer or warmed in winter throughout the year. (When warming it up, please transfer it to a heat-resistant container.)
