This autumn carp of the series uses "Hitogokochi" by contracted farmer from Iiami city of Nagano and "Mochihikari" of that of Shinanocho. The yeast used is developed in Nagano. The taste is full of umami while the sweet sip and refreshing aftertaste are what makes it sake so good.
