The Amanatsu is sourced from Osedo Shokai on Kamikamagari Island in Kure City, Hiroshima Prefecture, where they are grown using environmentally and human-friendly practices without pesticides. Bathed in ample sunlight, the Amanatsu is exceptionally fruity, offering a balanced sweetness with a robust tartness and a refreshing aroma.
Enhanced with cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, and lemongrass, this marmalade presents a delicate texture from the sliced peel and a juiciness that is beautifully complemented by the aromatic blend of spices.
