Awarded silver in two categories at the Dalemain World Marmalade Awards 2024 in the UK, this marmalade is made using naturally farmed mandarin oranges from Osakikamijima, Hiroshima Prefecture, an area renowned for citrus cultivation. Despite being struck by hail in 2023, the mandarins retained a high sugar content and juiciness.
This marmalade was developed as an upcycling initiative to support the local community.
Every step of the process is done by hand, carefully timing the addition of peel, juice, tea leaves, and spirits to ensure that each ingredient shines.
Infused with the fragrant Earl Of Grey tea from the UK organic tea brand "Joe's Tea" and enhanced with the elegance of Grand Marnier, this jam is perfect for Afternoon Tea and pairs wonderfully with scones or simple bread
