Made with pesticide-free yuzu and chili peppers grown in Fukuoka, and flavorful sea salt from Kyushu, it is carefully crafted using a unique, labor-intensive method to preserve the fresh scent and color of the fruit.
This ensures you can enjoy the incredibly fresh aroma of freshly harvested blue yuzu. Despite being a seasoning, it is low in sodium and uses yuzu peel, which helps eliminate excess salt.
The vitamin C content in yuzu peel is more than three times that of lemon juice! Recommended for meat dishes, fish dishes, tofu, ramen, udon, dumplings, soups, pasta, and more. To retain the yuzu aroma, it is best to add it just before eating, as heat can cause the aroma to dissipate.
