Made with pesticide-free yuzu and chili peppers from Fukuoka and Kyushu sea salt, it preserves the fresh scent and color through a unique method. 
Low in sodium, it contains yuzu peel that helps eliminate excess salt, with over three times the vitamin C of lemon juice. 
Ideal for meat, fish, tofu, ramen, udon, dumplings, soups, and pasta. 
Add just before eating to retain the yuzu aroma, as heat can cause it to dissipate. It can be stored and used directly from the freezer.
