The key characteristic of másymás is the use of "KoKaRa", which is a "roasted finely ground bran powder" made from finely milled and roasted wheat bran. Wheat bran comes from the outer layer of wheat grains and is rich in dietary fiber, minerals like iron, magnesium, zinc, copper, calcium, and vitamins. It provides essential nutrients while being low in carbohydrates and healthy.

However, wheat bran has distinct characteristics, such as a unique aroma, texture, and challenges in processing suitability, which made it difficult to create bread that is easy to eat using wheat bran. To address this, másymás bread combines KoKaRa with high-quality premium Canadian wheat flour.
