How to make Cold Miso Chazuke. | Tokyo Fresh Direct

1. Chicken tinder ... 1 pieces
2. Japanese Leek ... 10cm piece
3. White rice ... 1 cup
4. Naganegi (leek) ... some
5. Water ... 100cc
6. Salt ... 1 grip
7. Minced ginger ... 1/2 small tbsp.
8. Cold water ... 100 - 150cc
7. Marukome Ryotei No Aji Freeze Dry Miso Powder ... 2 small tbsp.

1. Slice Naganegi into small pieces.
2. In a heat-resistant bowl, add water, minced ginger, and salt.
3. Mix with sliced Naganegi and chicken tinder and wrap with cling warp.
4. Heat in microwave at 600W for 1 minute. 
5. Once done, flip the tinder to the other side. and heat again for 30-60 seconds.
6. Get rid of the soup that came out from tinder. Break into small pieces with hands.
7. Prepare a white rice. Top the tinder and sprinkle some leek and miso powder.
8. Pour cold water.
