How to make Japanese Quick Pickle - Tokyo Fresh Direct

This recipe is directed by Amako Yoko, known for her "Guilt-Free recipe".


1. Chinese cabbage ... 1 leaf
2. Cucumber ... 1/2 piece
3. Carrot ... 1/4 piece 
4. Ginger ... 1/2 piece 
5. Marukome Ryotei No Aji Freeze Dry Miso Powder ... 1 tbsp.

1. Cut Chinese cabbage into chunks, cucumber into 1cm length round slices, carrot into half circle slices, and ginger into thin slices. 
2. Put the all vegetables and miso powder into a thick plastic bag and rub it until soft and supple. Then leave it for 15 minutes. Once done, drain water and serve.
