How to make summer vegetable steamed in foil. - Tokyo Fresh Direct

 

Ingredients:
1. Corn ... 1/2 piece
2. Paprika ... 1/4 piece
3. Mini tomato ... 4 pieces
4. Zucchini ... 1/3 pieces
5. Okra ... 2 pieces
6. Marukome Ryotei No Aji Freeze Dry Miso Powder ... 1 tbsp.
7. Olive oil ... 1 tbsp.
8. Black pepper ... some

Recipe:
1. Get rid of peels from corn, cut into half-circle slice (2.5cm thick).
2. Get rid of scums & seeds from paprika & zucchini, cut into 1cm slices.
3. Get rid of scums from Okra, Cut into 2 pieces.
4. Get 2 sheets of alumi-foil (30cm each). Put some olive oil. Add above vegetables. And top some miso powder.
5. Heat it on a pan until vegetables are cooked.
4. Top some black pepper.
