How to make Mugen Miso Cabbage. | Tokyo Fresh Direct

 

Ingredients:
1. Cabbage ... 280g - 1/4 slice
2. Shiso ... 8-10 leaves
3. Marukome Ryotei No Aji Freeze Dry Miso Powder ... 1 tbsp.
4. Sesame Oil ... 1 tbsp.
5. Sesame ... 1 tbsp.
6. Lemon ... only if you like.

Recipe:
1. Finely slice cabbage & shiso.
2. Put cabbage onto strainer.
3. Pour boiling water. Then, get rid of water from cabbage in the strainer.
4. Add shiso and the remaining ingredients (miso  powder, sesame oil, sesame)
