1. Salmon (sashimi grade) ... 100g
2. Avocado ... 1/2 piece
3. Cream cheese ... 2 pieces
4. White rice ... 2 cups.
5. Pea Sprouts ... some
6. Marukome Ryotei No Aji Freeze Dry Miso Powder ... 2 small tbsp.
Recipe:
1. Cut avocado, salmon, and cream cheese into square size as big as you like.
2. Top it on a bowl of white rice. Finally add some miso powder.
