1. Ume boshi ... 1 piece
2. Shiso ... 2 pieces
3. White rice ... 1 cup
4. sliced nori seaweed ... some
5. Cold water ... 100 - 150cc
6. Marukome Ryotei No Aji Freeze Dry Miso Powder ... 2 small tbsp.

1. Get rid of seed from ume boshi. Slice shiso into small pieces.
2. Prepare white rice onto a bowl and sprinkle nori seaweed and miso powder.
3. Pour the cold water.
