500g pork ribs
2 medium Potato, diced
2 medium Carrot, diced
1 small Yellow Onion, diced
2 stalks Celery, sliced thinly
1.5L Water
Salt (optional)

1. Blanch pork ribs in a pot of boiling water for about 5 minutes, then rinse with cold water and set aside.
2. Add blanched pork ribs and all the ingredients except salt into a large soup pot. 3. Bring to a boil, then simmer over low heat. For best result, simmer for at least 1.5hours.
4. Season to taste with salt.
